THE PROCESS
CONFIDENCE AND PEACE OF MIND

We strive too earn your trust so we keep the procurement process easy and transparent.  After you make contact with us: 

1.   Customer fills out intake form so we gain an insight into specific requests and details 

2.   Customer will be contacted within 24/48 hours via text and/or e-mail

3.   Within 24 hours of making contact a quote will be sent via e-mail and text

4.   Upon receipt and acceptance of the quote an electronic invoice will be generated with

        instructions on scheduling and preferred method of payment.

       (Note: we prefer ACH bank wire or Zelle simply because there are no additional processing fees added)

5.   Order will be confirmed with a date and time that is convenient for customer  

We request payment in full OR a small deposit to secure container request. We understand, that in these times, unfortunately, clients are concerned about fraud in the industry and prefer not to pay upfront. We have established a process to give each customer options for each individual order.  In some cases we give customers the option to pay full amount upon delivery.

Overall, our process is designed to ensure timely and secure delivery of high-quality shipping containers to our clients, while also prioritizing financial security, peace of mind and ease.
